Анотація

Normalization of glycemia, improvement of self-control skills are the ways of achievement of diabetes mellitus compensation and prevention of complications. Glycemia control and adequate application of insulin analogs Lantus and Apidra in basal-bolus insulin regimen in diabetes allows to reproduce as much as possible physiological profile of insulin fluctuations, to improve rates of metabolic control, to decrease glycated hemoglobin level and frequancy of hypoglicemia in order to improve patient’s life quality and lower risk of complications.
