Анотація

Diabetes mellitus is a disease with wide prevalence, long-life duration, high mortality. The changes of incidence of diabetes mellitus in Ukraine reflects the world tendencies. Ukraine is refered to the countries with average parameters of incidence of diabetes mellitus. The frequency of chronic complications in Ukraine has significant fluctuations and requires the further study.
