Функціональний стан щитоподібної залози за наявності вузлових утворень у вагітних і його вплив на перебіг вагітності і здоров’я новонароджених

Анотація

With the purpose of study of the thyroid functional state at presence of nodule formations for pregnant women and its influence on the pregnancy and new-borns’ health under a observation were 159 pregnant women, divided into three groups. The first group was formed by pregnant women (n=52) operated concerning thyroid nodule formation in anamnesis. The women of the second group (n=57) got conservative treatment concerning colloid proliferative nodule goitre diagnosed during this pregnancy. A control group was made by 50 practically healthy women with the physiological pregnancy. The high percent of obstetric complications and for certain higher morbidity of new-borns was even on conditions of achievement of the euthyroid state for the women of both investigated groups. A presence of hypothyroidism of pregnancy with thyroid nodule formations has a relative indication to operative delivery by C - section, and a nodule goitre can be examined as a risk factor of uterine inertia development. In pregnant with thyroid nodule formation development of fetoplacental insufficiency that stipulated high-frequency of complications of period of newbornness is more frequent.
