In article the radionuclide methods at complex diagnostics of primary hyperparathyroidism were reviewed. It was showed that preoperative parathyroid scintigraphy with с 99mТс-sestamibi increased the efficacy of the diagnostics of hyperfunction parathyroid glands, optimized the tactics of operative treatment and is cost effective.Посилання
