The daily urine aldosterone, free cortisole, dophamin, sodium and potassium level in cohort of 80 newborn with different body weight were investigated. The relationship between aldosterone excretion and so called "stress-hormone" cortisol in infants with body weight less than 2000 g was shown. The correlation between aldosterone excretion and dophamin excretion at neonates more than 2000 g was established. The kidney tissue resistance to aldosterone, especially in newborns with body weight less than 2500 g was proved. It causes the severity of water and electrolyte metabolism in premature infants.Посилання
