Анотація

В огляді висвітлено основні питання застосу­вання радіонуклідних методів діагностики в комплексному обстеженні хворих з випадково виявленими об’ємними утвореннями надниркових залоз і визначенні тактики подальшого лікування. Представлені показники діагностичної ефектив­ ності різних радіонуклідних методик із застосу­ ванням РФП як для однофотонної сцинтиграфії, так і для ПЕТ-технологій при різних клінічних ситуаціях у хворих з адреналовими інсиденталомами.
