Метастатичне ураження щитоподібної залози у хворих зі злоякісними новоутвореннями

Огляд містить дані про епідеміологію метастазування злоякісних пухлин різних локалізацій у щитоподібну залозу, діагностику метастатичних утворень у цьому органі та підходи до лікування таких пацієнтів. Надано короткий екскурс в історію вивчення метастатичних уражень щитоподібної залози. Представлено оцінку різних інструментальних методів діагностики даної патології. Описано окремі клінічні випадки та їх серії, а також досвід деяких зарубіжних клінік щодо тактики лікування пацієнтів із метастатичним ураженням щитоподібної залози. Наголошено на необхідності обліку даної нозології у рутинній практиці лікаря-ендокринолога.Посилання
