Анотація

В огляді проведено аналіз сучасного стану проблеми недостатності андрогенів в жіночому організмі. Обговорено питання особливостей синтезу та метаболізму андрогенів, вплив цих гормонів на репродуктивні органи жінки та на стан організму в цілому. Показано методи дослідження гомеостазу андрогенів в організмі, їх переваги та недоліки. Висвітлено стан проблеми гіпоандрогенних станів у жінок перименопаузального і постменопаузального віку, а також можливі методи корекції андрогенового дефіциту у цих категорій жінок. В цілому особливості фізіології естрогенів і прогестерону достатньо добре вивчені, в той час як для вивчення ролі андрогенів необхідні нові фундаментальні дослідження і клінічні випробування з метою всебічного вивчення ролі цих гормонів в організмі жінок різного віку. Таким чином, на сьогоднішній день не вирішені всі аспекти корекції сексуальної дисфункції жіночого населення різних вікових груп. Для вивчення ролі андрогенів при відновленні гормонального балансу жіночого організму необхідні нові фундаментальні дослідження.
