Current data about pathogenesis and diagnostics of MEN 1 syndrome were analyzed in the article. Authors’ own experience is based on treatment of 6 cases of MEN 1 syndrome among 207 patients with primary hyperparathy roidism which were operated in hospital within last 5 years. Difficulties in diagnostics, crucial role of searching other components of syndrome, necessity of radical primary surgery of hyperparathyroidism (subtotal parathyroidectomy) were emphasized in order to avoid severe complications and progression of hypergastrinemia.Посилання
