Анотація

В огляді наведено аналіз літературних даних про класифікацію гіперандрогенних захворювань у жінок, генетичні фактори схильності до формування різних фенотипів СПКЯ і метаболічного синдрому у цих хворих, їх вплив на статеву приналежність, становлення менструальної і реалізацію репродуктивної функції даного контингенту пацієнтів.
